SHIPPING
Currently shipping is only offered in the US and through USPS Priority Mail.
Orders will be packed and processed within 4 business days of ordering. Once items are processed you will receive tracking info and estimated delivery!

RETURNS/REFUNDS
If you are unhappy with your item for whatever reason, you will have 7 days to refund. In order to be eligible to receive a refund, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received (unworn, unused, and in its original packaging). You will be responsible for the return shipping. To check about a refund please contact us at shep.artsceramics@gmail.com. You will be notified if approved once the item has been returned and inspected. If approved, you will be refunded through your original payment method.
DAMAGES/ISSUES
If your items are damaged upon arrival or have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible and we can discuss a resolution, whether that is a refund or if I have a similar item in stock sending a replacement!
NONREFUNDABLE ITEMS
Unfortunately items on clearance or discounted pieces are not eligible for refund or return.
